Development Expertise

From award-winning residential developments to highly sought-after commercial properties, the portfolio of projects we’ve developed speaks to our company’s exceptional professionalism and wide range of expertise.

The Plaza Group’s residential communities have drawn enthusiastic responses from investors, buyers and community leaders. Our two prestigious ocean-front projects, the Palms in Ft. Lauderdale, and Ocean Palms, in Hollywood, broke sales records and helped spur South Florida’s luxury condominium boom. We are revered for our use of innovative architectural designs, meticulous engineering and construction, and attention to every detail.
The Plaza Group is currently developing Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences in North Miami Beach, Florida. Marina Palms will bring the yachting lifestyle back to Miami with the county’s first luxury yacht club residences in two decades. Residents will be pampered with white-glove amenities, enjoy high-end finishes and unparalleled personalized services. The project includes two luxury residential towers with 468 spacious 2-, 3- and 4- bedroom residences. Marina Palms will include a full-service marina with 112 boat slips accommodating 90-foot yachts. Construction on the North Tower began in January 2014 and the project is set for completion in 2015.

Our business acumen and formula for success are not limited by geography. The Plaza Group’s skills in developing commercial, residential and hospitality projects are transferrable to markets throughout the world. Our forte is working with local partners who understand the challenges specific to their environment and share our commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

The Plaza Group International founded the Plaza Lotus Group and pre-developed mixed-use office, retail, high-rise and high-end residential property in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia. The investment partners in that project brought Plaza to handle pre-development and planning work on a luxury, hotel, and residential complex, a golf club, an underground shopping mall, and an office-residential mixed use development on the Neva River in St. Petersburg, Russia.
